Suzanne sensational in Week Four win

Week Four Genesis Golf Link Cup C Grade winner Suzanne Beattie can attest to this phenomenon having lost the weekly comp on a countback in Week Three before romping to national victory in Week Four.

Werribee Park Golf Club, in Melbourne's western suburbs, hosted the Genesis Hyundai Pro-Am as part of the PGA of Australia's Legends Tour and saw names such as Australian golf legend, Peter Senior, and 8-time PGA Tour of Australasia winner, Terry take the course.

The Genesis Golf Link Cup was on hand to capture the action on and off the course, with Club Sponsorship Director, David McKenna, and Werribee Hyundai Dealer Principle, Jim Vuckovic, taking us through the local benefits of event sponsorship - and why Werribee Park is such a special place.

It takes some pretty special golf to break the 40,000 point barrier for a single round in the Genesis Golf Link Cup but the word special doesn’t even begin to describe Wayne Wilson’s play last week.

Wayne is the first golfer to break the 40,000 point barrier in 2017 with a round that added up to an incredible 50 stableford points.

Caught It Fat have done anything but, with 3 of their 6 players sitting inside the top 25 overall, and only 1 outside the top 20,000. On the back of this great performance, they have established a commanding 110,000 point lead. Great work!
